Booking Details

Applicants applying to permit a City of Oshawa facility must provide general liability insurance coverage for a minimum of $2 million, naming the City of Oshawa as an additional insured, for the duration of their permit. The liability policy cannot contain an exclusion for participants participating in any activities being held by the client.

Non-profit groups, individuals and groups who do not already have their own insurance and sports groups that are not part of a sports association may be eligible to purchase insurance at the time of booking through the Municipal Facility User General Liability Insurance Program. Eligibility will be confirmed upon the submission of a rental application.

This information will be used and maintained by the City of Oshawa for reviewing and processing the Civic Fieldhouse Rental Application.
