Please review the conditions below:
- The E-Billing change form must be received by Taxation Service by December 15th for Interim Billing and by April 15th for Final Billing.
- Upon activation of the E-Billing program to the tax accounts, future tax bills for interim and final billing will be delivered electronically to the email address provided. There will no longer be paper tax bills mailed for the final and interim tax billing. These electronic bills will be delivered to the email address 21 days prior to the next due date.
- The E-Billing program is available for Interim & Final Tax Bills ONLY. All other mailings will be in paper form.
- Tax Accounts registered to the E-Billing program are responsible for the correct email address being maintained in the E-Billing program. Taxation Services will cancel the E-Billing program where an E-Bill is returned undeliverable. Property owners registered on the E-Billing program are responsible for the notification of Taxation Services where an Interim or Final Tax Bill is not received. Notice: Interim Tax Bills are issued in January. Final Tax Bills are issued in May/June.
- Tax Accounts registered to the E-Billing program are responsible for notification of any change to the email on record, any cancellation of the E-Billing program and sale of the property.
- The E-Billing program users are subject to penalties and interest where applicable.
- The E-Billing program recommends users add the Taxation Services email to their contacts or accepted emails listing ([email protected]). Failure of E-Billing program users to read the email does not exclude collections action.
- The E-Billing program permits a single email ONLY.
