I understand that withdrawing from the pre-authorized tax payment plan my tax account reverts back to the regular installment plan. Any previously billed installments must be paid in full by the due dates to avoid late charges.
I understand that my request to cancel the Pre-Authorized Tax Payment is at least 10 business days prior to the next withdrawal date
I hereby authorize the City of Oshawa, Taxation Services, to make the revisions as requested above with respect to my enrollment in the Pre-Authorized Tax Payment Plan.
