Inspections

An inspection of the property is required to obtain your licence. Inspections are done Tuesday-Thursday. The inspection will be booked for either 830am-1230pm or 130pm-530pm.

Your inspection will be booked for the next available time slot based on your preferred inspection time.

If you are unable to attend the scheduled inspection, 48 hours notice is required. Failure for a landlord or agent to attend a scheduled inspection will result in an additional $110.00 charge.
