Delegation Request Form

Delegation requests regarding new matters for Standing Committees must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the Monday meeting in order to be included on the agenda. Delegations concerning matters that appear on a published agenda must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on the business day prior to the meeting.

Delegations must appear before the appropriate Standing Committee first. If you wish to address City Council, delegation requests must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the Monday meeting.
