Peony Festival Displayer/Sponsor Application

This form is for Displayers, Sponsors, and cultural activations.

Please Note: Tents are not provided, and are highly recommended for shade and cover from the elements. Weights must be either water or sand, as tents are not permitted to be staked.

Parking: Drop off of items may be done prior to the event, however parking on site is only for accessible pass holders.

Information regarding set up and timing for entering the park will be provide prior to the event.

Main Contact

This contact is our main point of contact. They will receive all information regarding the event. They are responsible for sharing event information with the day of contact person and others in their organization.

Day of Event Contact Information:

This person will be added to our telephone list of contacts for day of event calls regarding last minute notifications. They are responsible for the set up and take down of any booths and/or for the group they are attending with.

Event Details

All participants at this event must provide us with a Certificate of Insurance that is $2 million in liability insurance coverage, that names the City of Oshawa as an additionally insured.
