Tents are not provided, and are highly recommended for shade and cover from the elements. Weights must be either water or sand, as tents are not permitted to be staked.
This contact will be the main point of contact. They will receive information regarding the event and the parking passes. They will be responsible for sharing information with others in their organization and the Day of Event contact prior to the event.
This person is responsible for the set up and tear down of the space, and will be added to our list of contacts for the day of the event. Their contact information may be used for last minute changes, weather notifications etc.
Parking and access to Lakeview Park are minimal. Only performers/entertainment, accessible parking, staff, displayers and sponsors can park on-site. There are a limited number of spaces.
We only issue parking passes by mail or pick-up, we issue parking passes based on the number of spaces available inside the park. DO NOT duplicate passes. If you need more passes, please contact us [email protected].
Please note: For the safety of all event participants, vehicles that have not vacated the park before 9 p.m. will not be permitted to leave parking lots within the park until the crowds clear, which is usually between 11 p.m. and midnight.
All displayers and sponsors must provide us with a Certificate of Insurance with $2 million in liability insurance coverage, which names the City of Oshawa as an additionally insured. (**The Corporation of the City of Oshawa, and its affiliates, as well those provincially or federally regulated are not required to provide a certificate of insurance to participate.)
