Shopping Cart Retrieval Request Form

Please complete this form to submit your shopping cart retrieval request. Customer Suppport Services staff will contact you once we have inventoried the carts we have in storage. Please note that the information below will be used for invoicing.

City has implemented a Shopping Cart By-law 181-2022 to help manage discarded shopping carts. In order to recover the City’s costs to retrieve and store shopping carts a Shopping Cart Retrieval fee of $50 per cart will be charged to the vendor. All payments must be made at least two weeks prior to the quarterly disposal dates (April 1, July 1, October 1 and January 1) unless otherwise advised.
