Fire Inspection

Occupant Load

Businesses and gathering places often require inspection and documentation to advise of allowable occupant load. The fee for an inspection is $200 plus HST, and the associated letter is $100 plus HST (which must be requested separately).

Owner/Agent Request

Property Owners or agents acting on behalf of property owners can request an inspection to ensure a property complies with Fire Code requirements. These inspections are common upon sale or licensing of a property for a variety of reasons. The fee for an inspection is $200 plus HST. An optional compliance letter advising of results of the inspection is $100 plus HST (which must be requested separately).
